The Yobi Apartments at Seattle University feature private student-focused units with shared patio, BBQ, kitchen, lounge, fireplace, laundry and media room amenities. Bioretention planting areas handle building stormwater and create more planting micro-climates which increase biodiversity. Permeable pavers reduce run-off and increase groundwater replenishment.
