The Roosevelt area of Seattle is booming with a Sound Transit light rail station and up-zoned parcels. This new urban village is growing fast, but also trying to retain its charm as a neighborhood. This mixed-use building features social stoop entries at the sidewalk level along with commercial space, new and preserved street trees, and 3 floors of apartment above. The roof garden features green roof, sculpture, outdoor kitchens, a rooftop pet area, solar array, fire pits, table tennis, and multi-use social areas for the residents of the building. This project was a Green Factor code compliant landscape.
